Who is iPEC, really?
As you peruse this website, you’ll get a feel of the nature of the family known as iPEC. However, as I’m sure you can imagine, a website cannot possibly describe the essence of a company, much less the nature of the people within it. I’ll try to give you a better picture of who we are in this short commentary, and then I encourage you to read some of the personal stories we’ve posted on this site. After that, please reach out to us to say hello, tell us about yourself, and learn, firsthand, more about who we are, why we do what we do, and how we bring potential to life.
Our students, graduates, corporate clients, couples, families, and individual clients, as well as many others whose lives have been touched by iPEC, have described us in various ways. Some of those descriptions are listed below, but I’ll tell you right now that they are not 100% accurate, and I’ll share why in a moment.
We are seen as:
- A company that is the originator of the most powerful, efficient, and effective life and corporate coach training process in the world.
- A leadership development company that helps companies thrive and fulfill their missions, and that recreates workplaces to more fully engage those who work in them to be catalysts of their own futures.
- An innovator in the development of life-transforming programs for self-mastery and self-leadership.
- A training program with a strong business development component that helps its graduates become successful as masterful coaches.
- A support mechanism that will leave no stone unturned for those who put their faith in us.
- And much, much, more.
You’ll see these descriptions within the thousands of testimonials we’ve received… and yet, as I said before, I believe they are inaccurate, because those descriptions are not who we are, they are the results of who we are.
Too often people define themselves by a list of services, promises, accomplishments, experience, gross income, or by many outer indicators of success. These types of descriptions are so very limiting, because we at iPEC believe that the greatest success people, groups, or businesses can achieve is the ability to know who they really are and why they are here, and to live fulfilled lives by sharing their gifts with the world; without, worry, fear, doubt, or hesitation.
So Who Are We Really?
We are a group of people who smile as we work. Why? Because we see ourselves on the cutting edge of the most exciting time in human history. We see a world in distress, a world in dis-ease, a world in flux, and yet … a world with unlimited potential. We are here to connect with like-minded people to co-create a new paradigm for conscious living to bring that potential to life. We do that for two reasons: The first is because we enjoy seeing people create lives that are fulfilling, joyful, and prosperous, and second, well…it’s simply because we can and choose to.
You see, as an organization, and more importantly, as a growing community, we at iPEC are not waiting for something to occur to create the type of world we want to experience--a world that is peaceful, conscious, fun, and exciting. Nor are we waiting for someone else to create that world for us.
We know that change begins at home, and so, we walk the talk to make a difference by sharing the gift of who we are with unbridled passion. As we do, we help others first realize and then reach their potentials so they, too, can walk the talk and be the difference in their own worlds, and in turn, in THE world.
We love what we do, because what we do is in direct alignment with who we are. And even though the result of our actions have helped to transform the lives of hundreds of thousands of people, we always remember that life is not a game to win, it is a game to enjoy playing, and that’s why we focus on the journey, laughing, loving, and smiling, always.
