D. Luke Iorio, PCC, CPC, ELI-MP

President, iPEC Coach Training School

Luke Iorio came to iPEC from the marketing and management consulting industry. Working with entrepreneurs, he quickly found the missing ingredient between those that succeeded and those that didn’t: Empowerment! Making the switch from consultant to coach, Luke seeks to empower all individuals to recognize that they can become an Everyday Leader, positively impacting all those in both their personal and professional lives. Luke brings a tremendous amount of energy, passion and purpose to everything that he does and you’ll see and hear it in the frequent teleclasses and workshops that he leads for iPEC, in addition to his responsibilities overseeing business development, strategic alliances and overall operations of the iPEC Coach Training School.


Elizabeth Fisch, M.Ed., CPC, ELI-MP

Vice President, Academic Affairs

Liz began her professional life working for The Psychological Corporation and the Professional Testing Corporation creating and editing certification examinations, and then spent years working in corporate communications before taking a hiatus from “paid” work in order to raise her family. Never one to sit still, Liz served as president and board member of many community organizations, while helping her husband grow their small retail store into a large, multi-location business. In 2005, Liz decided it was time to pursue her passion of personal development and helping others to live the lives they dream about, which led her to iPEC, where she became a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. She loved her iPEC experience so much that she joined the company less than a year after graduating from the program. Liz’s role at iPEC provides her with the perfect way to combine her work and educational background, her love of writing and communication, and her desire to make a difference.


Deborah Van de Grift, PCC, CPC, ELI-MP

Vice President and Sr. Admissions/Career Coach, New York and New Jersey Markets

Deborah comes to iPEC Coaching with over twenty-three years in the pharmaceutical and health care industries. As a human resources professional and consultant for over 15 years, Deborah brings both her business and leadership skills to iPEC primarily overseeing the Institute’s New York and New Jersey markets. Her background and experience include certifications as a professional coach, master trainer, Emotional Intelligence trainer and coach, and in the Energy Leadership and Career Architect Feedback assessment tools. She is a frequent speaker, lead facilitator, teleclass leader, and accredited Business Development Coach for iPEC. Deborah works with individuals from all walks of life helping to build their business and navigate career transitions as well as coaching in health, wellness and nutritional components.


Lou Iorio, JD, CPC, ELI-MP

Director of Finance

Whether in a corporate, personal or entrepreneurial role, Lou has always demonstrated a passion for setting goals, implementing the action steps to achieve those goals, and stretching for higher goals when the earlier ones have been accomplished. At the same time, he recognized and was driven by helping individuals build on their strengths, embrace opportunities for growth, and break through any resistance or limiting beliefs and behaviors that held them back. Lou is a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. He holds a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. in Business Administration from Seton Hall University. It's the journey, growth and success of those he works with that drives his work.


Cheryl Wilson, MS, CPC, MT, PFT

Director of Operations

Cheryl is a Certified Professional Coach, the Director of Operations for iPEC, and one of iPEC’s lead trainers and teleclass presenters. Cheryl has over twenty-five years of experience in the health and wellness industry as a health and wellness coach, certified massage therapist, certified personal trainer, and fitness consultant. She has run her own successful business while helping thousands of people manage their pain and stress, and find solutions to various life challenges using state-of-the-art techniques and programs.

Cheryl lives with passion and purpose. She leads and teaches with a deep compassion that comes from her desire to educate, empower, and inspire others to live intentionally and authentically. Cheryl’s passion for teaching these principals is apparent and students within the program consistently praise her energy and authenticity.


Evie DiPiazza, CPC, PCC, ELI-MP

Admissions Director

Evie DiPiazza holds an undergraduate degree in Science and worked as a Medical Technologist for 24 years until becoming a direct sales professional in 1994, earning top awards in recruiting, promoting new consultants, and leading a million dollar organization. Evie recognized the amazing potential human beings as she coached her team to success. She became a Professional Certified Coach, Direct Sales Trainer, and speaker. Evie works closely with the Admissions Team at iPEC, supporting new prospective coaches throughout the program, all while sharing and embodying the mission of iPEC.


Carol Hawthorne, CPC, ELI-MP

School Director, Admissions/Career Coach, Tampa, FL and Southeast

All it takes is one conversation with Carol Hawthorne and you’ll feel the absolute passion and energy she has for coaching and her deep sense of compassion for others. You will often hear her say, “coaching is more than a set of skills; it’s a way of being,” and it has become her inner compass. Carol is a Certified Professional Coach, an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and the School Director for iPEC’s training program in the Southeast. She comes to iPEC with over 25 years of business experience as an entrepreneur and corporate marketing executive for Fortune 500 companies.


Michele Knight, CPC, PCC, ELI-MP

Sr. School Director, Sr. Admissions/Career Coach, Chicago/Midwest

Michele Knight, CPC, ACC and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner is the Midwest Director for iPEC. Her background in training includes Core Energy Coaching, Emotional Intelligence and Energy Leadership. Michele has 13 years experience working with and developing small business owners in the areas of communication and leadership. Through her energy coaching she has helped individuals identify and remove the internal blocks to success creating increased revenue and productivity within their organizations. Michele’s work has been highlighted and published in local Chicago newspapers. She speaks frequently throughout Chicagoland on topics such as: The 7 Levels of Energy, The Power of Coaching, and Prosperity Consciousness.


Michelle Kunz, CPC, ACC, ELI-MP

School Director, Admissions/Career Coach, Washington D.C./Mid-Atlantic

With a background diverse in team and leadership experience, Michelle Kunz is passionate about the roles of Power, Energy and Leadership in organizations. She trained as a professional coach with iPEC, and earned the International Coach Federation’s Associate Certified Coach credential.

Michelle’s corporate experience includes coaching and advising for more than ten years in her various roles at Washington National Opera, The Levine School of Music, and Washington National Cathedral to name just a few, and she is additionally qualified to administer numerous assessments including iPEC's unique Energy Leadership assessment.


Keith Miller, PCC, CPC, ELI-MP

Sr. School Director, Sr. Admissions/Career Coach, Los Angeles/Southern California

Balance is at the heart of what Keith Miller’s work is all about. Keith enjoys partnering with people in creating balance so the walk through life is rewarding and joyful, attaining goals without undue stress or agitation. Keith uses breakthrough processes that facilitate a better quality of life and the releasing of past experiences, so that people can be fully engaged in their passion and purpose in present time. It is this energy and passion that is evident in just one conversation with Keith, let alone when you’re in training with him.


Bill Sex, CPC

School Director, Sr. Admissions/Career Coach, New England

Bill Sex specializes in business and leadership coaching and leads the iPEC training program in the New England states. Bill’s background is in various management and leadership roles, having most recently served as President of Betatherm Corporation, a privately held manufacturing company. Having worked in Europe, the Caribbean and the United States, he previously held executive positions with Penn Racquet Sports and Waterford Crystal. Educated with a BS degree majoring in Chemistry, Bill is also a Business Strategy graduate of the Irish Management Institute. He is also a Certified Professional Coach, and is married with three children and resides in Shrewsbury, Ma.


Stephen Crossley

Admissions Coach

As a 28-year corporate IT sales veteran, Stephen lived in a high-stress culture that seemed to be filled with unhappy people and perpetuated unproductive and unhealthy ways of facing problems and creating change.  Faced with his own troubling midlife questions and a desire to shift from the technology business to the people business, Stephen embarked on a seven year program of formal study and self-discovery.  He became an NLP Master Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a Reiki Master, but still felt there was a missing piece to the puzzle.  While maintaining his corporate day-job, Stephen began privately coaching others who were navigating similar mid-life and mid-career transitions.  Through his own life-changing experience in iPEC’s Core Energy Coaching and Energy Leadership training, Stephen found the missing piece of the puzzle that finally brought the whole picture together in a powerful and actionable way.  Stephen now lives his coaching passion serving others in their life and career transitions.


Mary Kay Garret

Admissions Coach

Mary Kay Garret, one of iPEC’s Admission Coaches, is a Certified Professional Coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. Mary Kay has diverse corporate, sales, coaching, and training experiences that she brings to iPEC. It was her leadership position in direct sales where she discovered her passion for working with people to achieve their greatest potential in all areas of their lives. She believes every challenge, no matter how big, is actually an opportunity. After experiencing Energy Leadership, she knew she found her path to living a more powerful and meaningful life.


Susan Gonzales

School Director, San Antonio

Celebrating the formation of their partnership with iPEC, ESC-20 is excited to provide a coaching process with the potential to empower and impact the lives of countless people from both the corporate and academic sectors. In her role as the Coordinator of Administrative and Instructional Services at the Education Service Center, Region 20, Susan works with a highly qualified team providing leadership training for school districts, businesses and corporations, private sector industries, as well as non-profit and government agencies. Passionate about life and learning, Susan provides coaching services that assist others to reach their utmost potential both personally and professionally.


Kathy Jacobs

Accounting

Kathy brings over 25 years of bookkeeping and financial expertise, along with a warm and nurturing nature to her role at iPEC. A graduate of Jersey City State College with a BA in Economics, Kathy has worked in both the retail and professional fields monitoring and maintaining all financial records and assisting management in helping their businesses grow. She enjoys supporting all of iPEC's students and their financial needs, helping make their time at iPEC one where they can focus on their studies.


Kimberly Bagwell

Student Support

Kim came to iPEC from a telecommunications environment where she was an Office Manager for 10 years and managed over 120 employees on a day-to-day basis. Her management and organizational skills are the basis and heart of what Kim strives to obtain each day. A true “people person,” Kim is dedicated to helping and supporting students as they grow through iPEC's programs. A graduate of Life Potentials Training, she has learned and continues to discover each day what the meaning of being a coach is all about.


Cheryl Johns

Cheryl has come to iPEC from a diverse background in the manufacturing, retail, and health care industries. She brings with her a passion for working with people and seeing people achieve their goals. This passion is what makes her excel in everything that she does. Working for iPEC has opened her eyes to all of the possibilities that await her and made her understand that anything is possible.
