It may look different. Especially in today’s world, we’ve been forced to find and create community in different spaces, through different tools, and in ways we never would have imagined before.
Greg Storch, an iPEC certified professional coach, finished his coach training program and started to worry how he was going to stay in connection with both the inspiring people he found himself surrounded by, and the new awareness he discovered through the program.
The fear of loneliness and not having a space to belong began to set in. According to Greg, he could have used this fear as an opportunity to excuse his excuses and quit the profession of coaching altogether.
Owning your choices, your values, and your journey as yours will set you up to be you in every space you find yourself in (virtual or not).
It may not always feel like the “popular” way to show up, but we are most in integrity when we are being our true selves first and then connecting with others.
