Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP)
You experience the world through filters you’ve developed based on your thinking, perceptions, and values. (It’s so normal! In fact, it’s how every single person moves through life.) So what if there was a way to actually review how these filters show up in your life, and use that information to reach your potential?
Get fully trained in administering iPEC’s research-backed Energy Leadership™ Index assessment (ELI). The ELI measures one’s ability to self-lead and lead others, while providing insights into various aspects of life including stress reactions so that those reactions can be recognized—and consciously modified!—utilizing the 7 Levels of Energy.
iPEC’s Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is a tool that’ll help you do just that. The ELI will:
- Allow you to better understand how someone experiences the world
- Help those you work with understand how they show up energetically, especially when they’re under stress
