Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching Announces Partnership with Nationally-Recognized Peak to Peak Charter School

Charter School to Serve as Key Distributor of Coach Centric Leadership™ for Education Professionals Program throughout Colorado and the West.

SHREWSBURY, NJ – The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), providers of the most comprehensive and experiential coach training programs in the world, today announced that its program, Coach Centric Leadership™ For Education Professionals, is now available exclusively in Colorado through its new partnership with the Center for Professional Development at Peak to Peak Charter School. Ranked 29 in the country by Newsweek and 50 by the Washington Post, the high school at Peak to Peak Charter School has been nationally-recognized for academic excellence.

iPEC developed the specially-designed Coach Centric Leadership™ training program to help educational leaders in public and private schools build energized and engaged campuses and districts. The Coach Centric Leadership™ for Education Professionals program is geared towards educational leaders, specifically superintendents, central office professionals, principals, vice principals, and other education specialists. The program includes in person modules, the Energy Leadership Index assessment, mentor coaching sessions, professional development plans, peer work, and a post-program assessment to measure growth and outcomes.

Representatives from Peak to Peak’s Center for Professional Development will be on hand to discuss and answer questions surrounding the Coach Centric Leadership program at the Colorado League of Charter Schools’ annual conference on February 23 – 24 and at the Charter School Teacher Job Fair held on Peak to Peak’s campus on March 10.

Enrollment is now open for the program, which begins its first classes in Colorado in April.
